The craftsman's finishing touch
The final flavouring of the butter cream is let to the creativity of the craftsman
- Storage : refrigerate + 6°C maximum
- Ingredients: butyric fat, fresh buttermilk, sugar, egg yolks, natural flavouring, vanillin, emulsifier, preservative.
- Packaging : blocs of 10 x 1 kg + bulk carton 10 kg

- SO EASY Butter Cream best used between + 15 and 20°C
- Whip to obtain a light butter cream
