RED FRUITS CAKE
INGREDIENTS
Flour : 1,150 g
Salt - vanilla
Milk : 150 g
Eggs : 1,000 g
Sugar : 1,100 g
Baking powder : 30 g
Cornflour : 250 g
Corman Solution - Concentrated butter Pâtissier : 1,000 g
Red fruits
METHOD
-
Mix the butter and the sugar.

Add the eggs one by one.

Add the flour, salt, vanilla and baking powder and mix together.

Fill the baking pan for half, pour in the fruits, and then cover with the remaining cake mixture.
-
Cook for 45 - 60 minutes at 180°C.
