RED FRUITS CAKE

 

INGREDIENTS

 

Flour : 1,150 g
Salt - vanilla
Milk : 150 g
Eggs : 1,000 g
Sugar : 1,100 g
Baking powder : 30 g
Cornflour : 250 g
Corman Solution - Concentrated butter Pâtissier : 1,000 g
Red fruits

 

METHOD

  • Mix the butter and the sugar.
  • Add the eggs one by one.
  • Add the flour, salt, vanilla and baking powder and mix together.
  • Fill the baking pan for half, pour in the fruits, and then cover with the remaining cake mixture.
  • Cook for 45 - 60 minutes at 180°C.
